TUESDAY EVENINGS 

ETHICS
Students will learn to integrate Jewish moral and social values into their daily lives by an examination of the topics central to adolescent life and development; body health (drugs and alcohol), emotional health (sexuality and friendship) and social success (issues of authority and responsibility).

CURRENT EVENTS
Students will study issues in current events through the newspapers and other news sources  via the lens of Jewish ethical values and Zionist ideals.

BIBLE
Students will learn the biblical narrative upon which Jewish holidays are based.

JEWISH LITERATURE
Students will taste of the rich body of literature of Jewish writers of various genres - poetry, historical fiction and short stories - in order to develop an ear for Jewish sensibilities and sense of humor as well as the vernacular of Jewish life.
