HEBREW
•Students are exposed to spoken Hebrew through songs and rhyme and learn Hebrew phrases focusing on the body unit and blessings for holidays and food.
HERITAGE
•Students are introduced to holiday and Shabbat observances by focusing on the specific symbols and materials associated with these religious celebrations.
•Bible stories from B'reishit (Genesis) are introduced to students through story telling and play-acting.
LITURGY
•Since communal prayer is an important vehicle for community building, students join with Bet and Gimel classes for a service which is a celebration of music and spirituality, focused on the prayers of Friday night.
